Eric was born and raised in Napa Valley where he started his first passion for restaurants in 2007. He started off at the lowest possible level of polishing silverware and glassware. Within a couple months of hard work, Eric was managing special events at a fine dining restaurant. 

Eric met the love of his life Bailey Brown, and in 2018 they went around Northern California looking for a new city to call home. They found themselves instantly in love with downtown Woodland. A little bit of research and a few trips found them buying a home and they have never looked back. 

Eric has a few hobbies he enjoys such as cooking, entertaining, backpacking, playing with their two kittens Riku and Sora, video games, or just having a cup of tea with his wife in the morning and enjoying life.
